The clarity by which God speaks to me is relative often times to my heart condition. I can be so absorbed in daily tasks and getting from point A to point B that I neglect to stop and listen to the guidance of the Holy Spirit in my life. I can be selfish thinking that what gets accomplished is up to me by my power.
Masterlife has been and continues to be an amazing journey that has stretched me and molded me through God’s Word and other men. Over the past 3 weeks Ephesians 3:20-21 has become one of those verses that God has pinned on my heart. I have had the opportunity to dwell, linger and meditate on what God has tried to teach me through His Holy Spirit.
“Now, to Him who is able to do immeasurably more than ALL we ask or imagine, according to His power that is at work within us, to Him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, for ever and ever! Amen.”
Think about that…the God of the universe loves me enough that His Spirit desires to live in me and give me more than I could ask or imagine to accomplish His plan for my life. I just have to submit my will to His and in turn give Him the glory for everything. It is such a freeing way of life that is so hard to attain, knowing that the Creator of all will give me what I need in His perfect timing.
I am so very thankful that Jesus paid my debt so that I could have a relationship with a God that made me for His purpose. I pray that your faith in Him would spur you on to fully submit to His will in your life. I also know that He is faithful in doing more than we could ask or imagine through His grace and mercy!
